The Futures Festival of Golf is taking place this Sunday, the 30th of January
at 9am till 11am at Highfield Golf Club and will be a great chance for kids and
parents to get a taste for the game. Obviously, consistent delivery is important
which is where the Futures Team Golf comes in as we endeavor to deliver
a series for kids to participate in for term one and will be a great starting point
on a journey to providing better opportunity and development for these children
who have an interest in golf!



The dates and venues for this (based on discussions) are tentatively booked in as below:

Event 1 - February 13th Pleasant Point Golf Club (9am - 11am)
Event 2 - February 27th Gleniti Golf Club (9am - 11am)
Event 3 - March 13th Timaru Golf Club (9am - 11am)
Event 4 - March 27th Geraldine Golf Club (9am - 11am)


With the help of Richard Hudson, we will be running these events and
there is no requirement from the Club to pour resource into these; if
there is a volunteer(s) who want to help then by all means they are
welcome to and of course, hugely appreciated, but essentially all that
is required is just nine holes of the course to be reserved for us and we
do the rest!
